Our Prices won't get You in a Spin!

Large Groups - £300 per night
For larger groups wishing to have 'sole use' of the Bunkhouse the fee is £300 per night. The Bunkhouse sleeps up to 24, so this equates to a very reasonable £12.50 per person per night if you fill all 24 beds.

Smaller Groups - £15 per person per night
Alternatively for smaller groups we can book on a room basis at £15 per person per night, subject to a minimum fee per group of £100 per night.
Under this arrangement, depending on the size of your group, we may ask you to share the Bunkhouse with another small group while still having the privacy of your own sleeping quarters (each room has a lockable night latch).

Length of Stay
A minimum of 2 nights booking is expected on weekends and 3 nights over Bank Holidays. Bookings must be 'sole use' over Bank Holiday weekends and for Brecon Jazz Festival (2nd weekend in August).

Booking
Check availability of dates by telephone or Email. Provisional booking is required in advance by telephone on 01874 625361. The provisional booking will then be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.

Payment
A deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to confirm the booking, with the balance of the total fee received one month before the arrival date. For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date the full payment is required on booking. Please note that all payments received are non-refundable.

What To Bring
The bunk-beds are very large with a comfy mattress and we supply a pillow with pillowcase as standard. Most people bring their own bedding with them, but we will also supply bedding (sheets and duvet) at a small additional cost of £5 per set. You will need to bring your own soap and towels, and ensure you are suitably clothed and equipped for the activities you plan and the time of year. Boots or wet/dirty/muddy footwear is not allowed in the Bunkhouse, so please bring a change of footwear kept specifically for indoor use. Food of an excellent quality can be purchased nearby.
